Im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, einem internationalen Luftfahrtzulieferer für Avionik und Kabinenintegration mit Sitz in Dresden (Alternativ kann der Arbeitsort in Gilching sein) suchen wir im Rahmen der ANÜ

• Ensure quality assurance for safety-critical embedded software developments in the aviation and rail industries
• Design and monitor quality processes in compliance with aviation standards (e.g., DO178, DO330)
• Ensuring software development in accordance with the process
• Conduct internal reviews and create quality assurance documentation and records
• Deliver internal training on the software lifecycle process and aviation standards
• Participate in customer reviews and audits (e.g., AS9115)

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in Elektrotechnik – Entwicklung, Engineering, QM, QS (SW), Techn Dokumentation
• Knowledge of aviation standards (e.g., DO178, DO330) or comparable norms, e.g. ISO26262 (automotive, medical technology, rail)
• Knowledge of additional aviation standards or comparable norms would be ideal
• Strong affinity for structured documentation and verification processes
• Phyton,
• Experience with requirements management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS desirable
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  Excellent English skills for documentation and customer communication
  Basic German skills for team collaboration are desirable
• Ability and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, as well as the perseverance and determination to work within a complex environment
• Independent, structured, results-oriented, and accurate way of working to achieve objectives quickly and
  effectively
• Ability to integrate and collaborate within a team

• Gehalt: 28 € brutto/Std., je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
