Für ein international erfolgreiches Pharmaunternehmen im Großraum Mainz suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt, zunächst im Rahmen der ANÜ


Ihre Aufgaben:

You will support the operation and continuous optimization of planning and reporting standard solutions deployed to local and international operating units

  • Execution of regular run book tasks
  • Maintenance of master data for financial and supplementary reporting
  • Administration of user access rights
  • General end user support (analyze and resolve incidents or forward them to correct recipients and coordinate resolution)
  • Communication of downtimes during system upgrades

In performing above tasks you ensure adherence to processes and policies to guarantee data integrity and consistency

  • Adherence to defined timetables and deadlines
  • Check plausibility of content, process steps and responsibilities (entitlement of requestor) in case of requests

You receive, coordinate and challenge user demands

  • Check demand or change requests for completeness of information and plausibility
  • Coordinate with requestor and gather all required information to enable decision
  • Document and update change requests in respective application
  • Request effort estimation from IT for amendments and/or new implementations

You are responsible for the team’s internal documentation of system/process changes.

  • Update internal documentation, e.g. OneNote
  • Update documentation provided in Finance internal intranet (Finnet)

In connection with implementation of change requests or system upgrades you test new functionality and document findings (user acceptance test).

Finally, you execute training and provide manuals for users.

Ihr Profil:

  • You successfully completed your bachelor’s degree or dual study certificate in Business Administration or Information Technology
  • You have 1-2 years’ work experience in Finance and Controlling, Shared Service Organization or Information Technology and experience in master data maintenance in a data steward role would be an added advantage
  • Technical skills and technical affinity in reporting systems & tools, preferably SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO)
  • Process thinking, team-oriented and structured working style to promote effective collaboration across Business Units and Functions
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal are mandatory
